The offered knives are handmade pieces in their totality by this great craftsman from Albacete.

Juan Martinez is son and grandson of two great Albacete knife makers.

From very young, his parents passed on to him the secrets of the artisanal cutlery. This family trajectory began in the year 1935.

Juan Martinez made his first pieces in 1985, since then he has received more than 20 design and creativity awards in handmade cutlery. The prestige of their knives increases day by day, at an international level.

Juan Martinez designs creative, functional and high quality knives.
