ALL FEATURES
CLEANING AND STORAGE
Cool the pan to room temperature on its own (do not add cold water as this will damage the non-stick coating).
To remove embedded grease, soak the pan in hot soapy water for a couple of hours. Baking soda can be used to remove grease.
Do not scrape the nonstick with metal utensils. Only use soft scouring pads intended for non-stick surfaces.
The pan can be washed in the dishwasher, but it is advisable to wash it by hand to increase its useful life. If you use the dishwasher too frequently, the surface may become matte.
USE
The diameter of the burner must be according to the size of the pan.
If you use a gas stove, make sure that the flame only comes into contact with the bottom and never with the sides or handles.
Use medium or low heat and allow the pan to heat slowly and gradually.
