The carving fork is used to hold large pieces of meat when cutting them, or also, to remove the pieces of meat or serve them.

It is made of CROMOVA18 stainless steel - Chrome 18% and Molybdenum Vanadium, with a hardness of 56-58 HRc. The high chromium composition makes them very resistant to oxidation and wear.

The handle is also metallic, it is a one-piece knife, which makes it easy to clean.

Global knives are made in Japan and stand out for their quality and precise cut.
