Nº 09 Oyster and shellfish shells knife. Sturdy stainless steel blade 6.5 cm long and 2.2 mm thick. Cuts only at the tip (1.5 cm edge). Tip centered on the knife axis for better ergonomics. Handle made of padouk wood, a dense, fine-grained African wood with beautiful purple veins. Locking by Virobloc safety ring.
