The nakiri knife is a household knife designed to cut and chop vegetables quickly and cleanly. They are very similar to usuba knives, with the difference that nakiri knives are sharpened on both sides and usuba only one.

These Japanese knives have a thin but quite wide blade, which gives them great agility and stability.

With the Nakiri Kai knife you can cut and chop vegetables quickly and efficiently.

Its blade made of 1K6 stainless steel with a hardness of 58+-1 HRC, has a slightly curved back for a more secure hold.

Black handle made of polypropylene combined with bamboo powder (natural antibacterial), fully adhered to the blade, thus preventing dirt from lodged in any gap.

The Kai Wasabi Black range is designed for right-handed users only.
