The Santoku knife is a basic in your kitchen, of Japanese origin with this knife you can cut, chop and laminate both meat and fish or vegetables.

Its blade made of 1K6 stainless steel with a hardness of 58+-1 HRC, has a slightly curved back for a more secure hold.

Black handle made of polypropylene combined with bamboo powder (natural antibacterial), fully adhered to the blade, thus preventing dirt from lodged in any gap.

The Kai Wasabi Black range is designed for right-handed users only.
