The Global slicing knife is especially used for cutting meat and vegetables.
The blade is narrow and sharp on both sides, made of CROMOVA18 stainless steel - Chrome 18% and Molybdenum Vanadium, with a hardness of 56-58 HRc. The high chromium composition makes them very resistant to oxidation and wear.
The handle is also metallic, it is a one-piece knife, which makes it easy to clean.
