The sole knife has a fine and long blade which helps us to separate the fillets from the bone or the scrape with great ease and without destroying the piece. This Wasabi black fillet knife has a 23 cm long blade.

Its blade made of 1K6 stainless steel with a hardness of 58+-1 HRC, has a slightly curved back for a more secure hold.

Black handle made of polypropylene combined with bamboo powder (natural antibacterial), fully adhered to the blade, thus preventing dirt from lodged in any gap.

The Kai Wasabi Black range is designed for right-handed users only.
