KAI Seki Magoroku Composite Paring Knife

A knife developed using modern manufacturing processes: its blade is made up of two types of steel joined by a copper welding process, which gives the blade an exclusive finish. These two types of steel are:

In the spine area (satin finish) the steel is SUS420J2

On the edge (polished area) the steel is VG-Max with extreme hardness (61±1 HRC).

The handle of the Japanese KAI Seki Magoroku Composite knife series is made of light-colored pakka wood with a rounded finish.

With the paring knife you will peel and cut small fruit and vegetables with great agility thanks to its small size that makes it very manageable.
