The filleting knife has a fine and long blade which helps us to separate the fillets from the bone or the scrape with great ease and without destroying the piece. This Wasabi black fillet knife has a long blade of 18 cm.

With the sole knife you can cut and fillet both meat and fish thanks to its thin and long blade.

Its blade made of 1K6 stainless steel with a hardness of 58+-1 HRC, has a slightly curved back for a more secure hold.

Black handle made of polypropylene combined with bamboo powder (natural antibacterial), fully adhered to the blade, thus preventing dirt from lodged in any gap.
